While a mother and her 10-year-old son were killed in a fatal road crash, as icy conditions gripped Ireland.

In a separate incident, a 35-year-old woman and her son died when a car being driven by her husband struck a wall in the border county of Louth.

The couple's four-year-old daughter was injured, while an unrelated 11-year-old girl who was also in the car is in a critical condition.

The Cork tragedy is believed to have taken place after the four teenagers, two girls and two boys, were sliding down slopes at the Frankfield Golf Club.

It was said to have been around 2.30pm on Saturday when the group lost control going downhill and struck a tree.

Garda officers are now investigating the circumstances and the area has been sealed off.

Officers are also investigating the car accident at Cangy, Dunleer, in Co Louth, which also happened at around 2.30pm.

Investigators said the woman, who was a front seat passenger, and her son, died as a result of the collision.

Her husband, believed to be in his 30s, was taken to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, together with the two injured children.

The latest one snared Osman Mohamud, a Somali-American teenager in Portland, Oregon. The Associated Press report by William Mall and Nedra Pickler (11-27-10) is headlined in Yahoo News: "Somali-born teen plotted car-bombing in Oregon."

This is a misleading headline as the report makes it clear that it was a plot orchestrated by federal agents. Two sentences into the news report we have this: "The bomb was an elaborate fake supplied by the FBI agents and the public was never in danger, authorities said."

The teenager was supplied with a fake bomb and a fake detonator.

Three sentences later the reporters contradict the quoted authorities with a quote from Arthur Balizan, special agent in charge of the FBI in Oregon: "The threat was very real."

The reporters then contradict Balizan: "White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said Saturday that president Barack Obama was aware of the FBI operation before Friday’s arrest. Shapiro said Obama was assured that the FBI was in full control of the operation and that the public was not in danger."

Then Shapiro contradicts himself by declaring: "The events of the past 24 hours underscore the necessity of remaining vigilant against terrorism here and abroad."

The story arrives at its Kafka highpoint when President Obama thanks the FBI for its diligence in saving us from the fake plot the FBI had fabricated.

After vacillating between whether they are reporting a real plot or a orchestrated one, the reporters finally come down on the side of orchestration. Documents released by US Attorney Dwight Holton "show the sting operation began in June." Obviously, the targeted Portland teenager was not hot to trot. The FBI had to work on him for six months. The reporters compare "the Portland sting" to the recent arrest in Virginia of Faroque Ahmed who was ensnared in a "bombing plot that was a ruse conducted over the past six months by federal officials."

Think about this. The FBI did a year’s work in order to convince two people to participate in fake plots.

If you are not too bright and some tough looking guys accost you and tell you that they are Al Qaeda and expect your help in a terrorist operation, you might be afraid to say no, or you might be thrilled to be part of a blowback against an American population that is indifferent to their government’s slaughter of people of your ethnicity in your country of origin. Whichever way it falls, it is unlikely the ensnared person would ever have done anything beyond talk had the FBI not organized them into action. In other cases the FBI

entices people with money to participate in its fake plots.

Since 9/11, the only domestic "terrorist plot" that I recall that was not obviously organized by the FBI is the "Times Square plot" to which Faisal Shahzad pleaded guilty to trying to set off a car bomb in Manhattan. This plot, too, is suspicious. One would think that a real terrorist would have a real bomb, not a smoke bomb.

In the May 19, 2009, online site, sott.net (reprinted Nov. 27, 2010), Joe Quinn collects some of the fake plots, some of which were validated by torture confessions and others by ignorant and fearful juries. The-Tortured-and-Manipulated-Terrorist-Threat-Evidence The US government comes up with a plot, an accused, and tortures him until he confesses, or the government fabricates a case and takes it to jurors who know that they cannot face their neighbors if they let off a media-declared "terrorist."

Perhaps the most obvious of these cases is "the Miami seven," a hapless group of Christian-Zionist-Muslims that called themselves the "Sea of David" and were quietly living in a Florida warehouse awaiting biblical end times. Along came the FBI posing as Al Qaeda and offered them $50,000 and an Al Qaeda swearing in ceremony.

The FBI told them that they needed to blow up the Sears Tower in Chicago and various government buildings. An honest reporter at Knight Ridder revealed: "The Justice (sic) Department unveiled the arrests with an orchestrated series of news conferences in two cities, but the severity of the charges compared with the seemingly amateurish nature of the group raised concerns among civil libertarians," who noted that the group had "no weapons, no explosives."

The Justice (sic) Department and tamed media made a big show out of the "militaristic boots" worn by the hapless "plotters," but the FBI had bought the boots for them.

The biggest piece of evidence against the hapless group was that they had taken photos of "targets" in Florida, but the US government had equipped them with cameras.

The US government even rented cars for its dupes to drive to take the pictures.

It turns out that the group only wanted the $50,000, but an American jury convicted them anyhow.

When the US government has to go to such lengths to create "terrorists" out of hapless people, an undeclared agenda is being served. What could this agenda be?

The answer is many agendas. One agenda is to justify wars of aggression that are war crimes under the Nuremberg standard created by the US government itself. One way to avoid war crimes charges is to create acts of terrorism that justify the naked aggressions against "terrorist countries."

Another agenda is to create a police state. A police state can control people who object to their impoverishment for the benefit of the superrich much more easily than can a democracy endowed with constitutional civil liberties.

Another agenda is to get rich. Terror plots, whether real or orchestrated, have created a market for security. Dual Israeli citizen Michael Chertoff, former head of US Homeland Security, is the lobbyist who represents Rapiscan, the company that manufactures the full body porno-scanners that, following the "underwear bomber" event, are now filling up US airports. Homeland Security has announced that they are going to purchase the porno-scanners for trains, buses, subways, court houses, and sports events. How can shopping malls and roads escape? Recently on Interstate 20 west of Atlanta, trucks had to drive through a similar device. Everyone has forgotten that the underwear bomber lacked required documents and was escorted aboard the airliner by an official.

The "war on terror" provides an opportunity for a few well-connected people to become very rich. If they leave Americans with a third world police state, they will be living it up in Gstaad.

This despite the fact that everyone on the planet knows that it is not lactating mothers, children, elderly people in walkers and wheelchairs, members of Congress, members of the military, nuns, and so on, who are members of Al Qaeda plotting to bring aboard a bomb in their underwear, their shoes, their shampoo and face creams.

Indeed, bombs aboard air liners are a rare event.

What is it really all about? Could it be that the US government needs terrorist events in order to completely destroy the US Constitution? On November 24, National Public Radio broadcast a report by Dina Temple-Raston: "Administration officials are looking at the possibility of codifying detention without trial and are awaiting legislation that is supposed to come out of Congress early next year." Of course, the legislation will not come out of Congress. It will be written by Homeland Security and the Justice (sic) Department. The impotent Congress will merely rubber-stamp it.

The obliteration of habeas corpus, the most necessary and important protection of liberty ever institutionalized in law and governing constitution, has become necessary for the US government, because a jury might acquit an alleged or mock "terrorist" or framed person whom the US government has declared prior to the trial will be held forever in indefinite detention even if acquitted in a US court of law. The attorney general of the United States has declared that any "terrorist" that he puts on trial who is acquitted by a jury will remain in detention regardless of the verdict. Such an event would reveal the total lawlessness of American "justice."

The United States of America, "the city upon the hill," "the light unto the world," has become Nazi Germany. It was the practice of the Gestapo to ignore court verdicts and to execute or hold indefinitely the cleared defendant in the camps. The Obama regime is in the process of completing Dick Cheney’s dream by legislating the legality of indefinite detention. American law has collapsed to the dungeons of the Dark Ages.

This Nazi Gestapo policy is now the declared policy of the US Department of Justice (sic).

Anyone who thinks the United States is a free society where people have liberty, "freedom and democracy" is uninformed.

“Is the decision of the high court to start “DHUL QUIDAH” on that day, which is in accordance with the astronomical calculation of “Um ALQURAH”, an admission of the validity of that calculation? Or is it because the physical sighting is required only for Ramadhan, Shawwal, and Dhul-Hijjah, and for the other months we accept the astronomical calculation of the King Abdelaziz city of astronomy.”

The decision of the high court to announce the beginning of Dhul Hijjah was the sacrifice for those who rushed to sight what they imagined as the crescent of the beginning of the month in the Hijri calendar.

This acceptance of this delusional crescent sighting by the high court is not the only one worth mentioning. On 27-11-1431; they published a request asking people to observe the crescent of Dhul-Hijjah the afternoon of Saturday 29-11-1431 in accordance to the Um ALQURAH calendar. They issued this request, as they mentioned, after they looked at all the reports of the committees which were formed to observe the crescent throughout the kingdom, in coordination with the King Adbdelaziz city of astronomy, and which reported that the crescent was not seen on Saturday 1-11-1431 (aided or un-aided eye). And it was expected, in this situation, that the high court will take a decision similar to the one that decided on the beginning of last Shawwal. That is, they will complete 30 days for the month of Shawwal for the lack of a positive sighting of the crescent of the Dhul-Qidah on the afternoon of Saturday 10/29. And if they did, Saturday 11-29-1431 in accordance to Um ALQURAH calendar would have been 11-28-1431, and Sunday 12-1 in accordance to Um ALQURAH would have been the 29th of Dhul-Qidah and the first of Dhul-Hijjah would have been Monday 12-2-1431 according to Um ALQURAH calendar.

If all this actually happened, it would have meant that the high court had asked the committees to observe the crescent of Dhul-Hijjah on the 28th of Dhul-Qidah and not on 29th; and a mistake like this is not acceptable.

So what compelled the high court make such a decision validating the Um ALQURAH calendar knowing very well that the Um ALQURAH calendar is based on two conditions set by the King Abelaziiz city for science and technology? The first condition is that for the birth of the moon to happen before the sun set and the second, for the moon to be on the horizons after the sun set even for a very short time! And indeed Um ALQURAH predicted that the first of Dhul-Hijjah to be on Sunday because the two conditions have been met. On that day the conjunction of the moon did happen before the sun set and the moon set 18 minutes after the sun set.

So, is the decision of the high court to start “Dhul-Quidah” on that day, which is in accordance with the astronomical calculation of “Um Al-Qurah”, an admission of the validity of that calculation? Or is it because the physical sighting is required only for Ramadhan, Shawwal, and Dhul-Hijjah, and for the other months we accept the astronomical calculation of the King Abdelaziz city of astronomy.

The expectation is for high court to clarify its position concerning this important matter so that its decisions are clear and understood. The question now is: Why the “just witnesses” did not see the crescent of Dhul-Quidah despite being two degrees high in the horizon in Riyadh after the sun set on Saturday 10/29 in accordance to Um Al-Qurah calendar and they are the ones who always rush to witness the sighting before the sun set, or high in the horizon one degree or less as it happened for the beginning of Ramadhan and the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah this year, nay below the horizon as it happened many times before.

The problem is not limited to this! There are other problems in the acceptance of the high court the sighting of the “Just witnesses” of the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah. The beginning of Dhul-Hijjah, in accordance to the King Abdelaziz city of Science and Technology calendar is “right”. But according to the Um Al-Qurah calculations, on Saturday 11/29, the moon was a quarter of a degree high in the surrounding of Riyadh, and half a degree high in the blessed Makkah. It is well known amongst the astronomers that, a crescent this low in the horizon and very faint is impossible to be seen with the human eye even aided with the sharpest advanced instrument.

Also no one of all the observation committees which were tasked to observe the moon for the beginning of Dhul-Hijjah, in Saudi Arabia or outside, have reported sighting the crescent, even using technological instruments.

Amongst them Professor Salih Assaab, an expert of Astronomy at the King Abdelaziz city of Science and Technology, sent a report to the Islamic Crescent Observation Project (ICOP) stating that: “the weather conditions surrounding Riyadh that day was partially cloudy and the use of CCD was not effective. No one sighted the moon; not with naked eye, nor with any instrument (binoculars or telescope…). No one in Saudi Arabia or anywhere in the Muslim world saw it that night.

So how could these ”Just Witnesses” see the crescent while no one in the Kingdom or the surrounding areas have not seen it? And why the high court keeps trusting them while they proved their untruthfulness, and do not listen to the trusted committees.

Could the reason for accepting such reports be because they knew from early on that King Abdelaziz city of Science and Technology has predicted that the moon would be above the horizon that night? Or is the high court taking a middle road, accepting reports only confirmed by King Abdelaziz city of Science and Technology?

But this brings up two important issues. The first has to do with witnessing. Witnessing is a matter independent of anything else. What could be a support for this witnessing could be also a proof against it. As an example, take the fact that the moon is above the horizon, which could support the sighting of the moon. Since the moon in above the horizon, so it is possible to sight it. However, this same proof could be used as a proof for not sighting the moon. All expert astronomers agree that the moon being few degrees high in the horizon is impossible to see, as it was the case in this latest sighting of the month of Dhul-Hijjah,

The second issue is the position of the high court concerning astronomical calculations. Accepting a sighting because the Astronomers say it is above the horizon is an indirect acceptance of astronomical calculations. So the high court use of astronomical calculations sometimes and rejecting it at others is a contradiction and is not acceptable. This position of the high court cannot be justified neither by Shari’ah or scientifically.

This delusional claim is in contradiction to science and to any sighting that has been reported around the world. If they still stand by their claim, than this is very exceptional, and should be brought out forward, and we should be proud of it as it breaks all known records of moon sighting by the naked eye. These records then would be something our country should be proud of, and give our countrymen the chance to shine in the world as we will be proud of their achievements.

Mr. Mubarak vs. Mr. Obama

EGYPT'S PARLIAMENTARY election is on Sunday, but already the principal result is known: a step away from political liberalization and genuine democracy. In the weeks before the vote, more than 1,000 political activists have been rounded up by security forces, and many have been abused. Opposition media commentators have been forced off the air, television channels closed and restrictions placed on text messaging. Meanwhile, the government has issued strident statements rejecting the Obama administration's calls for international observers and severely limited the access of domestic monitoring groups.

None of this is particularly surprising, given the apparent determination of 82-year-old President Hosni Mubarak to preserve his autocracy through next year's presidential election and pave the way for his son Gamal to succeed him. But it is of great importance to the United States and its interests in the Middle East. The attempted perpetuation of a Mubarak dynasty risks leaving a key U.S. ally with an illegitimate government that would be vulnerable to nationalist or Islamist opponents. Mr. Mubarak's rude dismissal of what have been gentle U.S. calls for change is making the Obama administration look weak in a region that can be quick to act on such perceptions.

That's why what will matter most is not the results of the vote but how President Obama responds to them. The president and his secretary of state have brought up democracy and human rights in private conversations with Egyptian leaders but shied away from them in public. They have failed to make any connection between Mr. Mubarak's domestic repression and the more than $1 billion in U.S. aid Egypt receives every year, much of it directed to the military. They have not supported efforts in Congress to pass legislation or even nonbinding resolutions linking bilateral relations to political reform.

This week would be an ideal moment to begin changing those policies. Mr. Obama should let Egyptians - and Arabs around the Middle East - know what he thinks about an election in which peaceful opponents are banned or beaten, votes are stolen and observers excluded.

He should end the State Department's practice of allowing Egypt to exercise a veto over which civil society groups receive U.S. aid, and he should encourage Congress to link military funds to human rights, as it has for several democracies that are U.S. allies. Most of all, Mr. Obama should make it clear that he will not be dismissed or pushed around by Arab strongmen. If Mr. Mubarak gets away with it, others will be quick to follow his example.

What is the reason that utterly colossal number of Muslims from Indonesia to Morocco, from Australia to the Americas are poised to come together in showing their solidarity in their thanksgiving on the occasion of Eiduladha on Wednesday Nov. 17, 2010?

They will be doing s, because of their total and unquestionable obedience to the commands of Allah.

The commands of Allah for the Ummah of the whole world to come together on Wednesday Nov. 17, 2010 is there to see for all the those who are truly Ulsahdiq and Ulameen i.e. Muslims on the websites: www.moonsighting.com/1431zhj.html and www.icoproject.org/hej31.html.

Every true Muslim will have no hesitation in showing obedience to Allah.

They opt to disobey Allah, for the sake of the “fictitious helal” created by the magicians in Riyadh.

What do those magicians in Riyadh are known, for decades, yes for decades, to be doing?

They produce Helal from under the hat. They do so by using a magical formula i.e. by manipulating the astronomical data available from the Royal Observatory at Greenwich, London. They manipulate the data according to their agenda. An agenda of defiance of the Shariah.

What did the experts at the Royal Observatory at Greenwich, London, say about the chances of seeing Zilhejj Helal (crescent) in Arabia or in any country East of the Atlantic Ocean on the evening of Saturday Nov. 6, 2010?

No chance of seeing any Helal anywhere in Arabia or in the vicinity of Arabia or in any country East of the Atlantic Ocean on that day.

Here is what the experts at the Royal Observatory at Greenwich, London, said about the chances of seeing Zilhejj Helal (crescent) in Arabia on the evening of Saturday Nov. 6, 2010?

So did we not hear from the Officials in Riyadh that the Helal for the month of Zulhejj has been seen there on the evening Saturday Nov. 6, 2010?

So how did they see the Helal? They simply did not see the Helal on that evening but went on to produce Helal from under the hat as they have been doing for decades.

So what do the Shahadah from across the world tell us ? It tells us that Allah has commanded the day assembly at Arafah to be Tuesday Nov. 16, 2010.

Will the Hajees coming from all corners of the world be allowed to perform Hujj in accordance with the commands of Allah?

From the experience of previous so many years, if not every year, the Hajees have been assembled at Arafah on the 8th and chances are that if a miracle did not happen, similar sacrilegious practices will be repeated this year

Who is responsible for such sacrilege? The Malooks and the Muslim Ummah the world over.

Was there any Malik at the time the when first Islamic state was created? No, there was none. So from where did these Malook come in? These Malook came into picture just because the Arab Ummah abandoned the practices of those early Muslims who all joined hands to take responsibility to create and maintain the Islamic state. Such an attitude to become responsible citizens to create the government of no one but Allah, is utterly missing from the thoughts of the Ummah the world over, today. Hence the Malook and Dictators.

What should be done for Hujj to be organised on the right day? It is the duty of every Muslim the world over to raise their voices and it is the duty of the representatives of Islamic countries in Riyadh to organise to go out to search for the Helal in Arabia and by making representation to the Malook to tell them as to what is happening.

What about those people calling themselves Muslims living in Europe and N America who opt to disobey Allah on such an auspicious occasion? They simply opt to reject the command of Allah for the sake of the “fictitious helal” created by the magicians in Riyadh.

The Muslims in general are always seen to be accusing others for creating taferqah among themselves. So the question is that who are the people who in Europe and N America create taferqah among themselves? These are the people who disobey Allah for the sake of the “fictitious helal” created by the magicians in Riyadh. The taferqah between the Arabic speaking and non Arabic speaking Muslims comes, as we all can see, from Riyadh. The reason is the “fictitious helal”.

Let me ask all, that is it not possible that my this letter of warning and Dahwah to all such people who are reading it now, will be produced before them on the day of Judgement by the will of Allah?

Let me put this question to all those expatriates and their off springs living in the Western countries. Why is it that when you were in your old country you would go by what Allah will show in the sky and why is it that since you have come to the West, you have opted to reject what Allah shows in the sky for the sake of “fiction” that you hear from Riyadh? Is it not some sort of double standard in your practice?

By the way am I the only one warning people and inviting fellow Muslims to come to the right path? No. There are just too many people who have been doing so, since decades, since long long before I started doing.

So here is my Dahwah to all such bretheren.

Come to Allah. Obey no one but Allah.

Do not disobey Allah’s command for the sake of the “fictitious helal” created by the magicians of Riyadh. Do not spoil your good deeds for the sake of untrustworthy words of the untrustworthy people in Riyadh.

Do not become instrumental in creating taferqah among your community for the sake of the “fictitious helal” of Riyadh. The taferqah that divides the community, the taferqah that divides the members of one family, the taferqah that divides one brother from another brother, the taferqah that divides parents from children.
Taferqah for what? The taferqah which comes by disobeying Allah for the sake utter and “blatant lies” that come out of Riyadh. There are utterly monumental evidence that the Saudee official announcement of the advent of the current Zulhejj is based upon “blatant lies”. What more, the evidence, the proof is there, for all truth seekers to see.

The Shahadah that we all see is what the Truth is, because this is what Allah has commanded.

Allah has commanded all the Muslims of the whole world to come together in their thanksgiving on the occasion of Eiduladha on Wednesday Nov. 17, 2010?

Millions upon millions, utterly colossal number of Muslims the world over, are indeed coming together in their obedience to Allah on Wednesday Nov. 17, 2010?

Will you not come out to join the million upon million of Muslims of the East and the West in their obedience to the will and command of Allah on this day?

Will you not show your obedience to Allah, in kun toom sahdayqeen? Will you not come to show the effects of the Kalimah you recite in your deeds. Feesabeel Allah.

What is your Kalimah? “There is no one worthy of obedience but Allah”. So will you reject Allah’s command for the sake of “fictitious helal” produced by those magicians in Riyadh? Will you? If you recite the Kalimah then show the effects of Kalimah in your deeds. Those in Riyadh or anywhere else are not worthy of our obedience. Our obedience is reserved for Allah an Allah alone.

Paris cafe awning saves baby in seven-storey fall

A 15-month-old baby girl survived a fall from a seventh-floor apartment in Paris almost unscathed after bouncing off a cafe awning and into the arms of a passer-by, police said on Tuesday. Skip related content
The infant had been playing unsupervised with her four-year-old sister on Monday when she somehow fell out of the window, a spokesman for local city police said.

A young man saw the baby starting to fall and alerted his father, who raced to get into position, arms outstretched, to catch her after she hit the awning, the daily Le Parisien reported.

"He must have played rugby for years to have developed reflexes like that," a bystander who saw the incident told the paper.

Police said the girl appeared to have no serious injuries and was under observation in a nearby hospital.

The owner of the cafe, located at the foot of the block of flats in the northeast of Paris, said it was a stroke of luck he had decided to leave the awning open that afternoon.

"I usually close it to stop it catching fire as people tend to throw their cigarette butts onto it," he told the television station i-tele.

The police spokesman said the circumstances behind the accident were unclear. "The parents were absent, and it's a bit difficult questioning the two girls, given their age."

A very important question to all, based on Shariah and commonsense is that :

America, dare to reject what Allah shows in the sky? They reject Allah’s Command as contained in the trustworthy Shahahdah for the sake of a “falsehood”. Yes a “falsehood” produced in Riyadh and distributed from Riyadh. A “falsehood” everyone in Musjidulharaam knows to be a “falsehood”. They know it, because they compare it, with what they see in the sky over Arabia. Similarly, everyone will find it, to be a “falsehood” when one will bother to compare it with the Shahahdah from across the world available on the above websites. So what will be the excuse on the day of Judgement, of those, who opt to embrace this “falsehood” and show no concern at all, of such a “falsehood” being forced upon the holiest of the holy Musjid i.e. Musjidulharaam?
No soul shall carry the burden of another soul on that terrible day. The burden to reject a “falsehood” is that of each and every soul. The mosque managers or Imaams will not carry the burden of the Ummah, embracing and practicing any falsehood. The burden to create the Authority of Allah is also that of each and every one of the Ummah. Escaping from the most vital duty of taking up such a responsibility is the reason why the Ummah endures slavery of the Godless Romans today.



My plea to all the Muslims is to make best use of the very trustworthy Shahahdah of Helaal observation as given by above websites so that we all can conform to Allah’s edict which is “Walah taferruqoo”.

The characteristics of a sahdiq (truthful person) is to seek Truth, embrace Truth, work with the truthful people and propagate Truth.
A Muslim must show by deeds to be Ulsahdiq and Ulameen i.e. truthful and trustworthy or is NOT a Muslim. The topmost priority, a Muslim must give, is to upholding of “Justice” at all the times. The best display of Justice is to regard and respect the fellow human exactly as one is i.e. a human.
A Muslim being truthful and trustworthy whenever, wishes to know as to when the new Islamic month is to begin, will always try to go out to search for the Helaal in the sky. Alternatively will try to get Shahahdah from the resources available. The most authentic and trustworthy resources available today for the Ummah, the world over, are the following among the many:

But taferqah does come.
But taferqah does come among the ranks of Muslims at Ramadan and Eidayn? So what is the reason and where does it come from?
History tells us that when the enemies of Islam and Muslims, plotted to break the power of the Turks, they very thoughtfully went to the Arabs Ameers. The Arab Ameers just forgot Allah’s Commands and said lubbaik to an agenda which can rightly be called “The agenda of Iblees”. The co-operation by Arab Ameers and Ummah to the “The agenda of Iblees” resulted in bloodshed in Arabia and in consequence, loss of Palestine to the children of the Romans and enslavement of the Arab Ummah. This was indeed an attack on Islam launched by some Arab Ameers if not all.
Today we are possibly seeing very similar situation i.e. an attack on Islam launched by a few misguided elites in Riyadh, resulting in taferqah among people calling themselves Muslims.
So what is the source of this taferqah? The source, as has been proved beyond any shadow of doubt by experiences of all the interested, concerned and knowledgeable people spread over almost half a century is the “falsehood” that is produced in Riyadh and then propagated from Riyadh through the channels of Official Saudi announcement of the advent of the new month.
Anyone and everyone who will bother to compare the Official Saudi announcement of the advent of the new month with the Shahahdah obtained in Arabia, East of Arabia, West of Arabia and the ones available on the above websites will be left in NO doubt about the reality of the abovementioned words of Truth. There are just too many examples to quote but the following are just a few:
On Thursday Dec. 5, 2002, 80% of the world Muslims were observing constraints of Ramadan whereas the 20% of mainly Arabic speaking people and their followers in the West, were feasting on this last day of Ramadan.
On Saturday Nov. 13, 2004, about 93% of the world Ummah were observing constraints of Ramadan whereas the Saudis, the Sudanese and possibly the Somalis were feasting on this last day of Ramadan.
The Omanis, next door to Saudi Arabia, most of the time, do not entertain the “falsehood” which is in the content of Official Saudi announcement. The Moroccans in the West are as strict as the people of the region holding the largest number of people known as Muslims i.e. the Indian sub continent. In Southern Africa huge number of Muslims, at times 8 to 10 thousand in number go out to search for the Helaal.
A hadeeth.
A hadeeth as applied to this situation is: “To be a liar it is enough that you hear the Official Saudi announcement and then go on to propagate it through the media (News channels) and from the pulpits of mosques without comparing it with the authentic Shahahdah obtained in Arabia, East of Arabia, West of Arabia and the ones available on the websites created and maintained by some very sincere Muslim intellectuals.
So we can see that anyone and everyone who propagates and co-operates with the “falsehood” which is the content of Official Saudi announcement, make themselves “liars”. The Shahahdah indeed are the Signs and Commands of Allah. Whosoever rejects the Shahahdah, rejects the Commands of Allah.
The characteristics of a Muslim has to be, to seek the Truth, embrace Truth, work with the truthful people and propagate Truth. So what do those people, who obey not Allah but obey the “falsehood” made in Riyadh, make themselves to be?
Inviting curse of Allah.
We are seeing curse of Allah all around us. Why? It is so because of rebellion against the Commands of Allah launched by people calling themselves Muslims, either under compulsion and worse still by option. By option, it is those who live in the West and are under no compulsion whatsoever to be in the following of the “falsehood” i.e. the synthetic Helaal produced from under the hat in Riyadh. What more, when we ask such people as to why do they follow the “falsehood”, their response is that they are in the following of the Centre of Islam. Such people only make their ignorance very overt. Since when has Riyadh become or been the Centre of Islam?
Riyadh, which until not too long ago was the seat of the Custodian of the American interests in Arabia. The Custodian who invited the US armed forces into Arabia at colossal costs. The Custodian who is not around anymore, but his remnants in the House of Saud, very frequently are a source of irritation for the sons of Faisal and their likes.

What about the possible chance of secret hands working to attack Islam from where no one will ever be able to dream of ? Does anyone remember the secret hands of the enemies of Islam which reached into the House of Saud to eliminate an staunch bulwark of Islam and a big stumbling block in the evil designs of the enemies i.e. Faisal? Did the forefathers of those in Riyadh not say Lubbaik to the “Agenda of Iblees” when presented to them by Col.Lawrence? How short is the memory of those who follow in the holy “falsehood” and thus commit sacrilege earning themselves transgressions?
The reason of taferqah and division into various sects among Muslims is very simple to understand. People start ascribing their Ameers and Imaams as partners (almost) to Allah so much so that the words of these human allahs become more important than the Commands of Allah(swt) as we can witness from examples after examples that come our way.
What if everyone obeyed Allah, will there be any disunity? The early Muslims proved that total obedience to Allah is the only way to unity of the Ummah. Those early Muslims were a very responsible bunch. If people like us would be in their place there would be no Islam anywhere today. Why? We are a very irresponsible bunch. When the problem of moon sighting has already been solved by the Muslims intellectuals, why do we have taferqah then. It happens just because some of us worship not Allah but worship the “falsehood” .
Who cares for the Centre of Islam?
Here is the news for those who say that they follow the Centre of Islam. The Truth, is that they follow not the will and wishes of the ulamah of Musjidul haraam to adhere to the Shariah. They follow those in Riyadh, who produce and enforce the “falsehood” upon Musjidul haraam against the wishes of the revered ulamah of the Musjid.
The Truth, whole Truth, nothing but Truth is that the ulamah of the Centre of Islam i.e. Musjidul haraam know every bit about the “falsehood”. So who can understand the pain the ulamah of Musjidul haraam suffer? When I say this, I make my Lord, Lord of the worlds, my Witness.
I say that the ulamah of Musjidul haraam know that they have to feast on the day they know very well, to be the last day of Ramadan. Last day of Ramadan according to what Allah has shown in the sky. The ulama know it just because they themselves go out to search for the Helaal regularly in the sky over Makkah according to the Shariah. The ulamah and true Muslims will never take on board a “bidah” of starting the new month from the time the Sun, the Moon and our Earth come in one line. It takes the moon about 18 to 20 hours to become luminous and visible to satisfy the requirements of the Shariah from that time. So what is the meaning of enforcing a “bidah” on the ualamah of Musjidul haraam ?
I asked the person from Musjidul haraam who gave me this news, as to why no one does anything about it. His reply was that no one in Musjidul haraam has the power to do anything about it. Doing anything will certainly invite the sword or being debarred form Musjidul haraam. Does anyone remember the fate of the very popular Imaam of Musjid ul Nabee who criticised the “holy” Custodian of American interests in Arabia i.e. Fahad for inviting the US troops into Arabia? This Imaam was debarred from performing his duty for over 10 long years. He was reinstated about 10 years ago.
Now let me ask everyone as to who will show care and respect for the pain the ulamah of Musjidul haraam suffer? Let me ask if there are Muslims around who will show any concern when they hear the undeniable fact that a “falsehood” is enforced upon the holiest mosque of Islam?
Our dear Prophet(poh) cleared Musjidul haraam of the idols and said “Truth has arrived and falsehood has departed”. Today we are seeing “falsehood” being enforced upon that sacred place once again. What is most surprising and depressing fact to see is, that those in the West who should be launching an all out opposition to such a sacrilege of the holiest mosques of Islam, naively support the desecration of such a holy place. They support the “zulm” on the ulamah of Musjidul haraam. Let me ask them that if an attack on Islam is launched in Arabia does it become “holy” for them? I am sure such people will rally around Col. Lawrence if he ever came their way today. Are such people Muslims? The characteristics of a Muslim is to seek Truth, embrace Truth, work with the truthful people and propagate Truth.
When millions upon millions come to Musjidul haraam and pray Allah for mercy and liberation from the domination of the evil Godless Romans, what do they get? They get nothing. They will continue to get nothing. Why? When the very sacred house of Allah is under the influence of “falsehood” and the ummah is totally uncaring about it, also when Allah invited the ummah in words “Wahtusaymoo.... Jameeyah” and the ummah does not respond to the sacred and very vital call of Allah, so why would Allah care for us rebellious lot?
Hence the curse of Allah remains with us and continue to remain until we see the sense in mending our ways and start responding to Allah’s invitation.
What can the Arab ummah do? Nothing. They have brought slavery upon themselves by abandoning the dynamic role their very “responsible” and winning forefathers played. Their forefathers created responsible societies in the length and breadth of their lands. The society of the people, by the people, for making the Laws of Allah the laws of their lands. The whole Muslim ummah is suffering today for abandoning the very ways those early Muslims practised in establishing and maintaining the first Islamic state. Each and every one of them shouldered their responsibility to Allah.
Today the thought of shouldering same responsibilities is nowhere near the thoughts of the ummah.
Let me remind everyone who thinks that coming together to create Islamic state is not their responsibility. Well, how then those early Muslims became winners? They all came together to join hands together in obedience to Allahs Commands. They were just a few hundred who, when shouldered their responsibility, met with success after success. We are in millions and not a single Islamic state? Why? Just because we are a uncaring irresponsible lot.
No soul shall.
“No soul shall carry the burden of another soul on this day.” (the day of Judgement) is the Command of Allah. To carry our burden to create Islamic state, each and every one of us will need to come together in our local mosques regularly to do exactly what those pioneering Muslims did in theirs. They, in obedience to Allah created a caring and responsible society of the people by the people for making the Laws of Allah, laws of their lands.
My Imaam will be responsible, is what I hear all the times from some very educated people. The foregoing Command of Allah makes it very clear that we shall all carry the burden of supporting the zulm on the ulamah of Musjidul haraam.
But what those Muslims outside Arabia and those in the West should do to stop the zullm ? Their response should be very simple and very peaceful. They should stop co-operation with those who enforce the “falsehood” on their mosques. They should not be overwhelmed by whatever “falsehood” they hear from Islam Channel and other mouthpieces of the “falsehood”. They should launch an all out opposition to it, making maximum number of Muslims aware of this fact. They must also maintain peace at all the time.
Should I follow my mosque? The Opium is a curse. We in common with others have our fair share of Opium pushers. The Opium is that, “One should never show any dissent to anything that one hears from Arabia.” The other Opium among the many is “Take everyone, who recites the Kalimah, as a Muslim”. Would this ruling not make Col. Lawrence a Muslim? Thanks goodness it is only Opium.
The question is, should I still follow my mosque if my mosque obeys not Allah? If the mosque obeys not Allah then a true Muslim will go to other mosque where Allah is obeyed, even if one has to travel too far out than commit the transgression of disobeying Allah e.g. feasting on the last day of Ramadan.
The gift of Allah: The gift of Allah though never rare is coming our way once again.

According the Designs and Will of Allah, Friday, Sept. 10, 2010 has been graciously allocated by Allah to be the day of Eidulfitr for most continents of the world. Yes Eidulfitr will be on one day in most parts the world by the Will and Command of Allah. Shahahdah should start showing up on the above websites from Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka all the way to Los Angeles on the evening of Thursday Sept. 9, 2010 Insha Allah. Muslims living in northern countries should accept the Shahahdah from southern region where Helaal is seen as shown on the websites above.

So from where can we expect tafarqah to come, as usual? From those who believe in the “falsehood“ created by their human allah in Riyadh who overtly mean to say that whatever Allah has shown in the sky is “wrong”.

My challenge.
When someone living in Jeddah heard the above Truth, he, as usual, not only disbelieved it but was in total shock and understandable anger. So I threw the challenge. I said go out and see it with your own eyes. When he did so, he was left with no alternative than to believe the Truth as above. So my challenge is there for anyone and everyone who disbelieves in the above Truth. The challenge, is ” Go out and see it happening with your own eyes.” If you cannot go to Arabia, then ask someone living there to search the Helaal for you and compare it with the Official Saudi announcement for a few months to come to believe in the Truth as above”.
Does one need to plead with Muslims to seek the Truth, embrace the Truth, work with the Truth and propagate Truth?

Will every Muslim not seek the pleasure of Allah by propagating this Truth to all?

إيف بونيه استلم جهاز مكافحة التجسس في فرنسا في اشد الأوقات تعقيدا من الناحية الأمنية في تاريخ الجمهورية الفرنسية الحديث، فهو الذي ألقى القبض على جورج إبراهيم عبدا لله (وهو اليوم يطالب بإطلاق سراحه), وفاوض الجزائريين على مبادلة جورج عبد الله بالرهينة الفرنسية السابق في لبنان (بيرول) وأنجز اتفاقا لم يتم بسبب تدخل الرئيس السابق فرانسوا ميتران رغم قول بونيه إن الصدف لعبت دورا في عدم احترام فرنسا لهذا الاتفاق. ولأهمية الرجل الأمنية تم تعيينه محافظ لجزر (غوادلوب) الفرنسية التي تحوي مراكز التجارب النووية الفرنسية. ولأن التقاليد الفرنسية في مجالات العسكر والأمن تقول إن كبار هذين السلكين لا يتقاعدون كلياً، يبقى بونيه وأمثاله في عمل مستمر وسفر دائم وكانت سفرته هذه المرة إلى لبنان حيث التقته "الانتقاد" في بيروت التي زارها برفقة مجموعة فرنسية وكان لنا معه الحوار التالي:
ـ كيف ترى الحديث عن قرار ظني بحق مجموعة من حزب الله في قضية اغتيال الرئيس الحريري؟
هناك فريق "إسرائيلي" ضمن المعادلة السياسية اللبنانية
أنا أتعجب من هذه المحكمة التي لا تملك أية أدلة جنائية ملموسة كيف تصدر قرارات وأحكاماً وعلى أي أساس أصلاً هي قائمة حتى اليوم. أنا لا أريد التدخل في الشأن الداخلي اللبناني ولكن كرجل أمني أرى أنه من المستحيل معرفة من قتل الحريري بسبب غياب المحققين في لجنة التحقيق الدولية عن مسرح الجريمة في الأيام الأربعة الأوائل لوقوعها. لقد أتى المحققون الدوليون إلى موقع الجريمة بعد أسابيع من وقوعها وهذا يلغي احتمال حصولهم على أدلة جنائية دامغة من موقع الحادث. من الناحيتين الأمنية والجنائية هذه المحكمة لا تملك أية ادلة وهي تعمل على أساس سياسي لا غير.
ـ هل تريد أن تقول إن هذه المحكمة الدولية غير مستقلة؟
ليس هناك قضاء دولي مستقل، ولم تقم يوما محكمة دولية مستقلة. أنا هنا اتكلم من خبرتي الأمنية وأضع مصداقيتي في الموضوع. كل المحاكم الدولية التي أنشئت في تاريخنا الحديث كانت مسيسة وتخضع لضغوط الدول القوية والنافذة ومنها محكمة الحريري، هذه المحكمة ليست مستقلة ولم تكن يوما كذلك وهي تخضع للقرار السياسي في أميركا وتعمل وفقا للأجندة الأميركية.
ـ هم يتحدثون عن تسجيل اتصالات هاتفية؟
هذا أمر لا يستقيم جنائيا وقضائيا، ثم أنهم منذ أربع سنوات وضعوا سوريا في قفص الاتهام أين كانت هذه الاتصالات الهاتفية خلال تلك المدة. الموضوع هنا هو تنفيذ سياسة أميركية جديدة في المنطقة تقوم على الفتن الداخلية بدل الحروب و"إسرائيل" ومعها أميركا تعتبران حزب الله العقبة الأولى في وجه بسط نفوذهما لذلك اخرج موضوع التسجيلات الهاتفية الآن. وأشير هنا إلى الاختراق "الإسرائيلي" لشبكة الاتصالات اللبنانية كما كشفت التوقيفات الأخيرة.
ـ بوصفك مسؤول سابق لأهم جهاز مخابرات فرنسي من قتل الحريري برأيك؟
لبنان بلد مخترق "إسرائيليا" على جميع الصعد والانقسام الداخلي يساهم في ذلك
إسمع، في عمليات الاغتيال السياسي هذه يجب بدء البحث في دائرة المقربين من الضحية، أنا اعتقد أن الحريري تم اغتياله على يد مقربين منه. دائما هنا علينا طرح سؤال بديهي في أية جريمة، وهو من هي الجهة المستفيدة من عملية الاغتيال؟
ـ من هي الجهة المستفيدة من اغتيال الحريري؟
طيلة السنوات الماضية كنا نقول لكل من التقينا من قوى الرابع عشر من آذار إن سوريا هي المتضرر الأول من اغتيال الحريري ولم يستمع لنا أحد، بعد كل هذا الوقت أتت الأحداث لتثبت وجهة نظرنا واليوم أنا أقول أن ما ينطبق على سوريا ينطبق على حزب الله. ليس لحزب الله أية مصلحة في قتل رفيق الحريري بل انه المتضرر الكبير من عملية الاغتيال. لماذا يقتل حزب الله الحريري؟ ليقلب عليه المجتمع اللبناني؟ أم ليعطي العالم حجة لضربه؟ ثم إن رفيق الحريري على كبر حجمه السياسي ونفوذه لا يشكل أي تهديد لحزب الله على الساحة اللبنانية. ثم لماذا لا يتحدث احد عن "إسرائيل"، "الجار" الجنوبي للبنان خبرة كبيرة وتاريخ عريق بالاغتيالات السياسية و"الإسرائيليون" يمتلكون القدرات التقنية والاستخبارية على القيام بهذه العملية دون أي شك.
ـ هناك سياسيون لبنانيون منهم سمير جعجع يتحدثون بثقة في هذا الاتجاه؟
ليس لسمير جعجع أية مصداقية لا لبنانية ولا عالمية، هو مجرم له تاريخ دموي وحافل بالاغتيالات السياسية فكيف يضع نفسه قاضياً، هذا من ناحية ومن الناحية الثانية لا يخفى على أحد وجود فريق "إسرائيلي" في لبنان ضمن اللعبة السياسية اللبنانية.
ـ أين يكمن الحل؟
هناك عدة أمور يمكن أن تكون مفتاح معرفة الحقيقة مع غياب أي دليل جنائي بسبب ما ذكرنا. من هذه الأمور استجواب الصديق وباقي الشهود الذين تبين كذبهم. والبحث عن صاحب المصلحة الحقيقية في اغتيال رفيق الحريري في ظروف المنطقة عام 2005.

Today, while driving through town, I wound up behind a minivan that had a big sticker on the back. The sticker had an Israeli flag in the middle of it and under it the quotation from the book of Genesis that reads "I will bless those who bless thee."



I would like to take this time to list my own reasons for thanking and blessing Israel, our lone ally in the Middle East, for everything she has done for us, since I am quite sure most Americans are unaware of just what kind of friend she has been to us.

For extorting from me and my fellow Americans $16,000,000, 000 (billion) a year for the last 4 decades, we bless thee.



For taking our most sophisticated weapons technology and stealing it for yourself without paying the American Patent Holders, we bless thee.



For taking that high-tech military technology and selling it to our enemies, such as the Russians and Chinese, thus further endangering us, we bless thee.



For using that weaponry in a sustained attack against a United States Ship, the USS Liberty, in an attempt to sink her, thus preventing US Servicemen from revealing to the rest of the world information concerning the War Crimes they witnessed you commit against Egyptian Soldiers in the Sinai Desert during the Six Day War, we bless thee.



For killing 35 and wounding 170 American Sailors aboard the USS Liberty, we bless thee.



For bribing the United States Government into covering it up, preventing any justice from being done for the benefit of the families of the lost sailors - as well as the American People, we bless thee.

For sending your Agents into Egypt and blowing up American Buildings for the purpose of blaming the Arabs in an event known as the Lavon Affair, we bless thee.

For sending your agents into Libya during the Reagan Administration, and broadcasting radio messages in Arabic that were designed to sound like "terrorist cell planning" so that the US would initiate military strikes against Ghaddafi, we bless thee.




For withholding information from us concerning the planned attacks against the US Marine Barracks in Lebanon, attacks you knew about through your moles in the Islamic World and about which you deliberately refused to warn us in order to further your interests against the Arabs, we bless thee.





For employing Jonathon Pollard, an American Serviceman paid to spy for Israel in order to steal even more of our National Security Secrets for your parasitic purposes, we bless thee.







For blackmailing President Clinton through one of your intelligence agents, Monica Lewinsky, in order to prevent a coherent Peace Program from being pushed forward between yourself and the Palestinian People that you have brutalized and murdered for the last 50 years, we bless thee.

For breaking every agreement you have made with your Arab Neighbors, stealing their land, displacing, murdering, and treating them like the animals you see them as, we bless thee.











For using your Agents within the first Bush Administration to involve us in the First Gulf War, causing the deaths of American men and women, and exposing our Servicemen to whatever bio weapons were/are responsible that has led to Gulf War Syndrome, we bless thee.

For your role in the September 11 attacks in this Country, and for blackmailing and bribing the US Government into deporting back to Israel the 100 or more Intelligence Agents that were arrested after the attacks, we bless thee.

For suppressing the information from the American People of your involvement in the September 11 attacks and sending us in the wrong direction in search of answers, we bless thee.

For using one of your Agents in the US Army Weapons Lab, Lt Colonel Philip Zack to steal Anthrax and distribute it into our Mail System, terrorizing US Citizens and killing several in order to blame the Arabs, we bless thee.


For using your Agents in the US Government, namely, Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Perle, Abrams, and the rest into initiating this War in the Middle East so that you could bring to heel all the enemies you have made during the last 50 years, we bless thee.
















For using your Agents in the Media to lie to us on a minute by minute basis about the War, how "just" this cause is, and what the real reasons behind it are, we bless thee.

For using your Agents in the Christian Evangelical Community, such as Farwell, Graham, Swaggert, and the rest who praise you as God's chosen people and further keep Americans in the dark about who you really are, what you have done, and what you are truly about, we bless thee.







For bringing idiots like Limbaugh, Liddy, Hannity, Beck, and Savage to the forefront as paid liars that will support you and further lead Americans astray, we bless thee.

For making America your attack dog, and for sending her sons and daughters to fight and die in all your future wars, we bless thee.

For using your influence in the Media to hide the real statistics about the War, the dead and wounded on both sides, we bless thee.

For using us in such a way that not only further inflames the Arab World against us, but as well has succeeded in our alienating ourselves against those nations with whom we have been friendly for over a Century, we bless thee.

And finally, for using your influence in our Media and Academia to flood our minds with Pornography and Lies, as well as inculcating in us a hatred for our History, Religion, and Culture, for dividing our Nation between races and sexes, and for releasing into our Society all of your plagues and filth that have left us a Rotted out Corpse of a once great Nation, oh Israel, our friend, we bless thee.

Fasting : Our body is used to the routine schedule of food intake most of the months in the year, whereas in Rumdaan that routine is disturbed due to fasting. Understandably it takes time for the body to accept the new regime of fasting. For most people the first three or four days of fasting seem quite unpleasant due to the change. That upleasantness disappears as soon as the body starts getting used to the new routine of fasting. As usual just like everything else, fasting becomes the rule for the body. Fasting in Rumdaan and sparsely in other months is a very good exercise for the digestive system apart from being beneficial for just too many physical, emotional and spiritual matters.

On that terrible day.
On that day, every soul, whether believes or does not believe, shall be hauled before the Lord, shaking with utter fear, drenched in sweat and in deep thought. That eventful day will simply NOT go away. Not for anyone. Most of us humankind are NOT seen to be believing in that eventful day ever coming our way. How can one know? The deeds of the people, tell all. On that day every soul shall be searching for whatever good deeds they did in their past life. For all of us, that life is today. The opportunity to do that good work, is today and now. Our good work today shall deliver, our redemption on that day. Lord willing .

“No soul shall carry the burden of the any other soul on that day ” is the Command of the Lord. In other words no Ameer, Imam, Khaleefah, leader or Ruler will be answerable for the deeds or misdeeds of anyone else but themselves. The burden to come out to join hands with others to create the Authority of Lord Almighty collectively, in this world is that of each and every one of the Believer.

We all need to ponder today, as to what will be our response to this possible question on that day. The question being : “When you numbered in millions, what made you fail to come together to create an Islamic State which just the few hundred of those before you, had no trouble in creating?” How many of us ever bother to care, that the responsibility to create and maintain Islamic State, is that of each and every one of us i.e. the Ummah. Very much the same way as it was that of those few hundred of early Muslims. It was those early Muslims who shouldered the responsibility to create and maintain an Islamic State and to propagate Islam due to their heart warming and heart winning exemplary behaviour and unity. Unity of the people, by the people for the people. People resolved to create the Authority of no one but that of the Lord. Lord Almighty.

Today it is us, millions in number, yet showing no desire to fulfil our obligation to shoulder our responsibility to create the Authority of no one but the Lord. Lord Almighty, by following into the footsteps of those early Muslims. Those early Muslims who earned the Promised glories due to their unquestionable loyalty to the Lord. We today are earning the promised ignominious life due to our disloyalty to the same Lord.
True to the “Kalimah” those early Muslims, rallied round no man but the Lord. We? We rally round those mortals whom we gladly make our earthly allahs causing us to be divided into numerous sects.

So why are we losers today? Losers here and in hereafter. Simply because of our audacity to defy the Commands of Allah (Wahtusaymoo....Jumeeyah). Commands of Allah for hordes and hordes of us to come together to rally round no one but Him to unite and through unity of action, create a system based upon “Justice and compassion”.

Come to unite where? Come unite, in the locality where we all live. Come to unite the way those early Muslims did. Then proceed with uniting all to become a nation united i.e. Ummah Wahidah.

The early Muslims achieved all their successes by organising a set up of the people, by the people, for the people. What kind of people? Responsible people.

No people will ever become winners if they did not work to follow into the footsteps of the those early Muslims. They were, indeed, winners here and winners in hereafter (Lord willing). To become winners, a nation will have to be following into the footsteps of the “Winners”. There simply, is no other way to become winners.

The alcohol limit for drivers

The alcohol limit for drivers in the Irish Republic is to be reduced
The alcohol limit for drivers in the Irish Republic is set to be reduced.
The limit for qualified drivers has been cut from 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood to 50mg.
The provision was contained in the Road Traffic bill passed in the Irish parliament's lower house.
UK government advisor Sir Peter North recommended the same reduction in a recent report. The government said no decision had been made on the proposal.
The bill, which passed through on Wednesday, was not actually voted on as agreement on its contents was reached on all sides.
The limit for learner and professional drivers in the Republic of Ireland has been cut from 80mg of alcohol per 100ml of blood to 20mg.
Drivers who are detected as being over the limit would receive three penalty points and a fine of 200 euros, if they do not challenge the conviction in court. However, they would not receive a driving ban.
The bill now moves to the Irish parliament's upper house for a hearing next week

Burden of Proof is a short animated film about the asylum process in Ireland. In the last few hours the French caninet has approved a burka ban, and Sarkozy has insultingly 'urged French Muslims today not to feel hurt nor stigmatised by a planned ban on full face veils that will fine women who hide their faces and jail men if they force them to cover up'.If you still think everything is OK and are only concerned about things that affect you, if money means more to you than deen and if you have abandoned all sense of brotherhood then ignore this message. If however you feel as I feel, and see what I see, then join me and others on Saturday to protest the Belgian and French bans on our sisters' right to religious expression.

The discriminatory ban on the niqab

Allah the Most High says:
“They wish that you should compromise (in religion out of courtesy) with them, so they (too) would compromise with you.” [Al-Qalam, 68:9]

The discriminatory ban on the niqab is designed to force women to abandon their coverings and compromise their religion. By placing a prohibition on the burka in public places, the kuffar have limited our sisters participation in society, they have robbed them of education, opportunity and sustenance. What next?
We sat idly by as they debated the banning of minarets, we believed it could not happen, that they would honour their own laws and agreements. We discovered that they have no honour when it comes to Islam and Muslims. Now they have banned the burka/niqab, what will they do next?
How long before you O’Muslim say enough is enough?

A solidarity protest planned in Dublin

A solidarity protest planned in Dublin on the 22nd of May at 2pm outside the Belgian embassy looks set to go ahead as many continue to voice their support for their oppressed brothers and sisters in Belgium and France.
The freedom to manifest religion and belief individually or with others is protected and considered fundamental to freedom of expression under International law, but Belgium and France look set to strip these rights from Muslim women under the spurious pretexts of security and cultural incompatibility.
This protest has been called to:
1. express our solidarity with our brothers and sisters in Belgium and France, who will also hold similar protests at the same time and date.
2. send a signal to the Irish government that any attempts to impinge the fundamental rights of Muslims here will be met with similar resolve
3. fulfill our duty of brotherhood in Islam, to affirm our party affiliation and to protest oppression:
Help you one another in Al-Birr and Taqwa; but do not help one another in sin and transgression.” 5:2
You will not find a people who believe in Allah and the Last Day having affection for those who oppose Allah and His Messenger, even if they were their fathers or their sons or their brothers or their kindred. Those – He has decreed within their hearts faith and supported them with spirit from Him. And We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with Him – those are the party of Allah . Unquestionably, the party of Allah – they are the successful. 58:22
And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do. 8:39

Minutes of the I.F.I. Annual General Meeting held on Sunday 25/04/2010

· At around 2:45 it was announced that the quorum for the meeting (60 registered members) has been reached.
· The meeting started with Qur’an recitation by Br. Abdel Razak Farah.
· The Chairman of the meeting Br. Hidayat Mirza welcomed and thanked those present and read out the agenda for the meeting. The agenda were:
1) Presentation of the annual reports.
2) Discussion.
3) Election of Majlis Shura & yearly Trustee
· The Chairman then introduced Imam Yahya M. Al-Hussein to present a summary of the activity report for the year 2009. Imam Yahya went through the report highlighting the most important points. The report was distributed more than one week before and at the meeting as well.
· The Chairman then introduced Br. Khalid Mohammed, the Accountant of the I.F.I. to present the financial reports. Br. Khalid Mohammed presented the income and expenditure reports for the financial year 31/10/2008 to 31/10/2009. The report was posted on the notice board more than a week before the meeting.
· The Chairman then opened the meeting for discussion.
· There were a few questions about the North Dublin Muslim National School ; the teaching and learning problems and the newspaper reports of money owed by the school.
· Imam Yahya in his answer to these questions said that it is true that the whole school evaluation report of North Dublin Muslim National School which had come out in May 2009 pointed out to various weaknesses in the school. However, since then significant improvements have been made. The first breakthrough came when the school was able to employ for the first time - since it was established- a fully qualified permanent principal. This was a key factor for the progress of the school since most of the problems stemmed from the lack of proper leadership/management in the school. From May 2009 to April 2010 six meetings have been held between officials of the Department of Education and the school administration to discuss the problems as outlined in the whole school evaluation report and to monitor the progress that has been made. The Department of Education is now of the opinion that satisfactory progress has taken place.
· On the issue of money owed to the Department of Education by the school as a result of the latter paying gas and electricity bills on behalf of the school, the meeting was told that the school has started repayment to the Department of Education from the governmental grants received by the school.
· There was a question about the absence of full-time Muslim teachers in both Muslim schools and the procedure for appointment of part-time Muslim teachers who teach religion in the two schools. The meeting was informed about the lack of qualified primary school Muslim teachers who are recognised by the Department of Education. The meeting was told of the recent efforts of the newly established Muslim Primary Education Board to encourage young Muslim boys and girls to join education colleges to graduate as teachers, and post-graduate as well. In this regard a recent meeting took place between representatives of the Muslim Primary Education Board and the President of the Mary Immaculate College of Education in Limerick to discuss the possibilities of both undergraduate and post-graduate Muslim students joining the teacher training college.
· On the issue of appointment of part-time Muslim teachers, the Chairperson of the Board of Management of the Muslim National School , Clonskeagh told the meeting that it has been the practice of the Board to advertise vacant posts for part-time religion teachers. The last time there was a vacancy in 2008 the post was advertised on the notice board in both South Circular Road and Clonskeagh Mosques as well as on the internet.
· There was no further discussion and the Chairman decided to move to the next item of the agenda which was the election of Majlis ash-Shura members and the Yearly Trustee.
· The Chairman called upon the candidates to come forward to sign the declaration of loyalty and commitment to abide by the constitution of the I.F.I. The wording of the declaration was read out.
· As there were only six candidates for Majlis ash-Shura and one candidate for the post of Yearly Trustee, the candidates were deemed to be elected without voting.
· The six elected Majlis members for the year 2010 were:
1) Khalid Shushan .
2) Khadar Yuusuf .
3) Miftah Alabi-Oladipupo.
4) Mamadou Cisse.
5) Mohamed Saad.
6) Naveed Yousuf .
The elected yearly Trustee was:
1) Amir Hamza Waters
At around 4:00 p.m. the Chairman brought the A.G.M. to close.
